Super Fast! from start to finish even over the holidays, the computer was done way faster than expected with communications not going more than an hour unanswered. the overall service could not have been any better, amazing recommendations to fit budget or splurge, my computer was troubleshooted in 3 hours from pickup and was cleaned, wiped and returned on new years day (three days later). super timely with pickup and drop-off windows. very competitive pricing makes me likely to recommend and reuse Cloud1 for future issues. I traveled to Seattle for a wedding and had to quickly work on a project and my computer died......it wasn't working.  I called around to 3 companies that I googled and the first stated they were too busy; the second had a wrong phone number and the third call, Paul answered the phone immediately and took control of my computer and began to fix the problem, within 15 minutes.
